Our emotional wounds, whether we experienced them in childhood or later in life, often play out in dysfunctional and co-dependent relationships. Each one attracts to themselves the person who will set up the opportunity for them to heal. (This can be painful, but well worth the gift of healing it provides)

As we examine how relationships set the stage for transformation, we must understand that all relationships whether they are in one’s family, in the workplace or even briefly with a stranger, are designed to usher in our spiritual evolution through the lessons they provide. However, the people with whom we are the closest often provide the most challenging lessons.
